It can effectively detect blade notches and quickly detect them. The innovative humanized design and system, simple operation method, and user-friendly interface greatly improve product detection efficiency.

Scope of application:

2、 This machine is carefully designed for detecting circular blade notches. The product is placed in the testing area and enlarged to the corresponding magnification. notches larger than 0.005mm x 0.003mm are detected with high speed and accuracy, saving labor and improving product quality

3、 Testing process:
1. Place the product on the detection rotating platform; Open the software, set the detection template, save the template, click start detection, and the high-definition industrial camera will quickly take photos of the product and obtain the detection results; Check the software interface as shown in the following figure


After obtaining the test results, the upper computer software displays pictures of OK or NG products for workers to remove;
